Founders
Himanshu Panwar
Co-Founder
Himanshu Panwar is the co-founder of Yantra Technologies. He is passionate about applying emerging technologies to transform financial services. Before Yantra, Himanshu led the AI incubation hub and fintech investments at Brevan Howard, where he also founded and ran the digital asset incubator (WebN Group).
Prior to that, Himanshu was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where he focused on new business builds in capital markets. He also founded and ran two start-ups in India, building machine learning infrastructure for large banks.
Himanshu holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Valentin Mihov
Co-Founder
Valentin Mihov is the co-founder of Yantra Technologies. He is passionate about using the latest advances in technology to solve the thorniest capital markets problems. Before starting Yantra, Valentin was a venture lead in Brevan Howard where he built businesses in the markets infrastructure space.
Prior to that, Valentin was a Principal in the capital markets practice at Oliver Wyman working with banks, buy-side players, data providers, trading venues and other market infrastructure providers.
Valentin holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
